Ingredients: Condensed Seawater; (water, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, boron, calcium, selenium), Sclerotium Gum (amigel)

Recommended Use:

TOPICALLY – apply a dime size amount and massage in well twice daily

FOOT SOAK – pour 1oz into a foot bath of warm-hot water and soak feet for 20 to 30 minutes

BATH SOAK – pour 4oz user a running faucet into a warm-hot bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
